Returns and exchanges for online orders: 1- The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt. 2- The exchange is free if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. 3- The product can be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt, and the amount will be refunded to the same customer account within 3 to 15 working days, with a deduction of 52 riyals shipping fee. 4- The amount will be refunded to the customer if the order is canceled by the customer and the order has not been shipped yet, within 7 to 15 working days. 5- The customer will be charged delivery fees if the order is canceled after it has been shipped and the shipment has gone out for delivery. 6- If the product is exchanged without a manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the cost of shipment to the seller of 26 riyals and returning it back to them again for 26 riyals. 7- The customer will be charged delivery costs if they cancel the order after it has gone out for delivery. For ordering from Al-Mashabi for accessories: You can place an order through the Al-Mashabi website for accessories by clicking the "Place Order" button. By placing the order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you specified based on these terms and conditions. We will immediately send you a message informing you that your order is being processed to confirm the order with payment details via the registered email or SMS; however, your offer is not officially accepted until it passes our internal verification procedures to prevent credit card fraud and ensure secure payment. Al-Mashabi Store for Accessories and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or modify content, or cancel orders at their discretion. We will confirm the acceptance of your order when we send you an SMS confirming the shipment of the products you ordered. If we are unable to process or accept your order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid to you. Immediate replacement of defective items: We will replace items with a manufacturing defect with similar ones within three (7) working days from the date of purchase based on the following conditions: 1. The items must be free of scratches or signs of misuse. 2. The original packaging, box, user manuals, and accessories must be returned with the items. 3.
